Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based practice that focuses on how we think, behave, and feel. CBT has been proven to help individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep difficulties, and more. CBT can help us learn to change and identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve self-talk, and develop and use helpful problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in our abilities to handle stressful situations.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a practice grounded in evidence-based approaches, that prioritizes the concepts of acceptance and change by imparting skills for more effective and healthier coping strategies. It comprises four key components - mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication - which are consistently addressed throughout the therapy process. DBT assists individuals in acknowledging and accepting the realities of their lives while also empowering them to make positive changes where feasible.

Attachment Based
Attachment-based therapy focuses on building and rebuilding trust while emphasizing emotional expression. By examining relationship patterns throughout one's life, particularly childhood attachments, we can gain insight into our current attachment style. Understanding how our past experiences influence the present allows us to learn skills that can increase feelings of security, trust, and safety. The ultimate goal is to enhance relationships, emotions, and behaviors.

Somatic Experiencing.
Somatic therapies are designed to address the powerful connection between the mind and body. Often, physical symptoms precede or accompany mental health issues. With somatic therapies, we focus on tuning into body sensations, reducing their impact, and establishing a sense of security within our bodies to better understand our thoughts and emotions. Somatic therapy may include breathing techniques, meditations, relaxation exercises, body scanning, and more. The ultimate aim of somatic therapy is to cultivate awareness of the mind-body connection, enabling us to effectively manage our emotions and physical discomfort.
