Breana Nelson LPC, NCC, CTP

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or out of control? Life's challenges—whether anxiety, trauma, or major transitions—can often leave us feeling disconnected from our true selves. If you're tired of feeling like you're constantly fighting an uphill battle, I’m here to help you break free from these cycles. Together, we can explore the roots of your struggles, heal from past wounds, and empower you to live a life that’s more authentic, grounded, and in your control. My approach is built on compassion, understanding, and practical strategies, so you can navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Ohio and a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), I provide an eclectic and trauma-informed approach, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory approaches, Somatic Experiencing, and others. I tailor these techniques to suit your unique needs, always keeping in mind that you are the expert of your own life.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, so we’ll move at your pace, addressing what’s most important to you. This is a space for self-reflection, healing, and growth, and I’m here to help you find the tools you need to live a life that feels authentic and meaningful. I believe that therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore the difficult realities you're facing without fear of stigma or shame. Everyone’s story deserves to be heard!

Thank you for trusting me to be a part of your journey. Let’s take the first step together.
